• Main hall: Ideal for conferences, product presentations, gala dinners or private parties.
Main hall capacity – Ground floor interior: 1,160 m² – 1,400 guests standing/300 gala.
The main hall on the ground floor also has a large stage measuring 524m² and an additional standing capacity of 200 guests/cocktail 120 guests.

• Amphitheatre – Exclusive area: Space with a staggered layout of three heights with a bar and sound system – perfect for talks, presentations or small group training sessions, or as a private area within the main hall. With private access.
Amphitheatre capacity: 774m2: 200 guests standing / 150 guests for cocktails.

EXTERIOR:

• Terrace: An outdoor setting with Mediterranean charm, perfect for all kinds of parties, corporate events, presentations, after-work gatherings, summer dinners, and weddings.
Capacity: standing room for 2,057 guests, gala/cocktail for 1,600 guests, gala for 500 guests

• Porch: 265m² – Semi-open area combining indoor and outdoor space, ideal for receptions or coffee breaks, which can be combined with other areas (indoor/terrace). Capacity: standing room for 200 guests.

• Parking: Open-plan outdoor space that can be adapted for large-scale events/experiences, exhibitions or product presentations.
Capacity: Area: 6100m2
As a parking space, it offers capacity for 400 cars, with the possibility of using the adjacent space for more spaces.
