Aire Catering is a luxury catering company based in Palma de Mallorca, specialised in corporate events, MICE programmes and high-end celebrations. We design tailor-made gastronomic experiences for groups — from executive meetings and conferences to brand launches, gala dinners, incentives and team-building activities.

Our approach combines contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, local seasonal produce and meticulous attention to every service detail. We support our clients from menu conceptualisation through to set-up, on-site service and full event logistics, ensuring full alignment between the culinary proposal, the chosen venue and the identity of the host brand.

We work with agencies, DMCs, wedding planners and companies hosting their event in Mallorca, with the flexibility to operate in any venue across the island — fincas, agroturismos, hotels, beach clubs, singular venues or private locations. Our four integrated departments — Sales, Service & Production, Kitchen and Logistics — allow us to deliver events of any scale through a single point of contact and with complete operational oversight.
