This Privacy Policy informs the individual who supplies personal data (hereinafter: the “Data Subject”) of the way in which the Controller collects, processes and protects personal data (which is defined as data from which the Data Subject can be identified) provided to the Controller for the processing of Service Information through the fulfilled file or by any other means, and any other information that he/she may provide to the Controller in the future.

- Managing contact requests through the channels provided for this purpose.
- Compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations for the provision of intermediation services.
The Data Subject’s data will be kept for the period of time needed to meet each purpose, or until the Data Subject asks the Controller to remove it, objects to or revokes his/her consent. At any case, after a period of 5 years without any interaction between the parts (Data subject and Controller).

The Controller may process the following categories of data, in accordance with the request made by the Data Subject:

- Personal details: date of birth, gender, nationality.
- Preference of service details.
- Any other personal data provided to the Controller by the Data Subject.
Where the Data Subject provides third-party data, he/she declares that he/she has the third party’s consent to do so and agrees to forward the information contained in this Privacy Policy to that party, duly exonerating the Controller from any liability in this regard.
Nevertheless, the Controller may perform the necessary checks to verify this situation, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures as per data protection regulations.

The above processes have the following legal basis:

The Controller will always process the Data Subject’s data with total confidentiality and secrecy as per current regulations.
