• Flagship restaurant, Saba Restaurant – At SABA (Japanese for Mackerel), we create a bridge between Asian and Western cultures by offering a culinary experience centred on the culture of sharing food inherent to the Spanish, Japanese, and Koreans, which is why most of our menu offers are meant to be shared and are served in no specific order. We present a hearty and surprising culinary experience with a combination of local ingredients from Spain with authentic recipes and techniques from Asia.
